Ninety One

The Curiosity Series has been our template for hoppy beer exploration for almost seven years. It enables us to try new things and to experiment with hops in a way that’s outside the box of the processes developed for our core line-up. This batch was brewed with a complex blend of Australian and American hops to further learn about the character of our new 2019 hop selections. Curiosity Ninety One pours a glowing orange color in the glass and presents with notes of ripe pineapple, papaya, guava, summer melon, and starfruit balanced by the familiar juicy fruit gum character of our house yeast. Like many recent Curiosity batches, Ninety One is pointedly soft and has a rich, velvet-like mouthfeel making it a genuine pleasure to drink! Enjoy!
